It is the vision of the Sterling Berean Church to glorify God by SHARING the Gospel with the unsaved, STIMULATING believers to Christ likeness, STRENGTHENING the family, SENDING out reproducing laborers and SUPPORTING ministries home and abroad that are true to the Word of God.

- Fellowship – that leads to the building of warm, caring, and supportive relationships

- Discipleship – that develops believers who will live just as Christ has told us to live through His Word
- Service – That focuses on the development and use of spiritual gifts in relationship to the body

- We proclaim and practice God’s Word as revealed in the Bible
- We employ in ministry people who will proclaim and practice God’s Word as revealed in the Bible and as understood by this local fellowship.
- We practice and endorse Biblical marriage between one man and one women.
- We agree to follow Scriptural guidelines when resolving spiritual and personality differences.
- We believe that all human life is sacred and created by God in His image and begins at conception and ends at death.
- We encourage church membership and regular attendance for those who have received the Lord Jesus as their Savior and desire to evangelize, edify their family in Christ, and be equipped for ministry.
